| Return Policy Your purchase may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price of the item, provided the product(s) are returned in their complete and original packaging materials, including all components and mounting hardware and are received in New, Saleable Condition. Products that have been installed on a vehicle are not eligible for refund, but in the case of a manufactured defect, may be exchanged for like item. On exchange of defective products, Sly, Inc. will pay shipping costs on outbound replacement product only. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. Special Order items may not be returned for a refund, but may be exchanged in the case of a manufactured defect. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Return Authorization Number Prior to returning an item, you must obtain a return authorization number from us and it must be prominently displayed on the outside of the packaging material, along with your name, address and telephone number. To obtain a return authorization, send your request via our contact form. Include complete order details. Refunds will be processed with seven working days of receipt of merchandise. |
