| Product Care To protect your investment, apply a good quality auto wax after installation and reapply occasionally as needed. Install Front Bumper This bumper was shipped with mounting brackets already attached. Step 1: Remove the OEM bumper, per illustration A. Retain OEM Torx mounting bolts, 2 ea. top, 1 ea. bottom. Step 2: Slide Front Bumper onto frame rails per illustration B. Step 3: Align holes and insert Torx mounting bolts, 2 ea. top, 1 ea. bottom. Step 4: Torque all mounting hardware to 50 ft-lbs.  Install Rear Bumper This bumper was shipped with mounting brackets B and C already attached. Step 1: Remove the OEM bumper. Step 2: Insert two mounting bolts per side and loosely attach Bumper through corresponding holes in the rear frame. Step 3: Center on frame and adjust height, checking for clearance of spare tire and tow hitch if installed. Step 4: Torque all mounting hardware to 26 ft-lbs.  |
